"The hotel is in a super location. My main concern was that I received a parking ticket. I paid for 2 nights parking at the hotel, though there are 2 permit places in the car park. There is not signage on entry to the car part and the 2 signs in the parking spaces are covered with shrubbery. The receptionist said they’d refund the Friday parking charge, one week later and I’m still chasing that refund ( I have emailed the hotel and the mailbox is full) I have also appealed the PCN. All this is extra hassle. Had the receptionist mentioned to guests that there were 2 permit places and not to park in them, that would have saved me time trying to sort this out"
