"Great location. Easily checked in with their self check in kiosk. Could get very busy in the lobby when flights were cancelled/delayed and there were a lot of passengers checking in. This was one of few places during our trip that had an ice machine which was appreciated. Located close to a bus terminal to make getting around Amsterdam easy with there tap in/tap off credit card system. Shuttle was easy to use and easy to find at the airport but as it went to a possible 3 different Ibis Hotels...

"One night stay before flight. Loved the shuttle service. Front desk was friendly and customer oriented. So many amenities-just missed the start of movie in theater. Didn’t see the plane till morning. 8th floor view awesome! Room was perfect! Large comfy bed. Great walk in shower. Liked the lotion and soap! Was very spoiled. 24 hour store was like mini mart."

"The problem with this hotel is the air conditioning. If you don't mind finding the room temprature completely different from what you set (or even asked for), and if you don't mind having to go to the reception (that typically doesn't answer the phone) in order to have the temperature set because the thermostat doesn't obey your will, then this hotel may be fine for you. "Upon arriving at my room, I found the airconditioning was broken and the room was well over 30 degrees. I was not told about this problem when checking in even though the desk staff clearly were aware. As the hotel could not offer me another room with a working airconditioning unit, I had no other option than to cancel the booking and ask for a refund. Luckily I managed to find another hotel nearby for my 2 night stay."
