We had a great time at Hotel Fenix. The staff is friendly and very helpful, The onsite restaurant had plenty of food options and you can't beat the location.

Overall it was a nice room but we couldn’t get to the balcony due to plants the moment you open the sliding door, the hotel location is good right in front of the Cartagena sign, and about 5 minutes away from the airport
