"I am a Marriott Rewards member everywhere I go I use Marriott properties. This had to be the worst experience for me. Upon my arrival I was barely greeted. That started off weird to me. Then we get our room an it has a smell that wasn’t pleasant. But traveling all day I was really tired. The ice area was dirty and molded. The pool area was not clean either. "First - beware of fraud on your card. I was charged multiple times including after check in and even after showing the charges to my account, they "cant find it". So account locked, new card ordered - huge nightmare while traveling. Second - very very dirty hotel. We had hairs all over the bathroom and our sheets were stained. "Front desk staff was not friendly. Breakfast staff were friendly. Barely any hot water in the room. No pool towels by the pool and there is no entrance from the inside we had to walk all the way around go inside wet and get towels."

"Last minute stay reason why I stayed there. The room had a musty smell, muggy feeling overall. I wouldn’t stay there again. I had a problem with the front desk charging me the night and deposit when I had already prepaid with Expedia. Hopefully I get refunded."
