"I tried to cancel a few hours after booking, but because I booked the same day, the employee told me I could not cancel. So, I checked in, while he listened to music on his earpods. As everyone said, the walls really are almost paper-thin. You can hear every single word of the television show that the person next to you is watching. So, you can bet that whoever is in the room over can also hear any conversation you might be having. I couldn't see the surrounding area well because I arrived late...

"very very surprised and disapppointed that both Fairfield and Staybridge Hotels have VERY LITTLE First Aid Supplies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The front desk associates didn't know where they are kept and when they found (20 mins later) the "kits" - they were extremely - extremely limited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This definitely needs addressed! Thank you. fyi - needed gauze pads and tape - none available!"

"Ocean was not accessible like u thought it would be as seen on a map. It was a marina area not a beach. Food was okay but area was too small for how many people were there. Lotsa of folks eating out by the pool so glad there was no rain"

"Breakfast was good, decent variety of fruits, yogurt, cereal, waffles. I did have some minor issues with the room I was in (ac programming issue, smell in bathroom). I was pretty unhappy with my room after these problems, but the nice girl at the front desk moved me to a much nicer room. They do a good job keeping things clean. The staff was very attentive and did everything they could to make my stay better and I truly appreciated that. Go for the apartment if you want a much nicer room with...

"Guy outside his room smoking in his underwear was nice to see. The worst room in the photos is the one you will get. TV gets like 3 channels and the rooms have regular keys to get in and out of so who knows who has a copy. The fitted white sheet on the bed is the blanket. Staff leaves and there is know one there for 8 to 10 hours at night. Ice machine is also broken. I was to scared to use the pool after all this."

"I love that it's a nice resort, with everything contained. We had no need to leave after check in. Sidewalks between buildings needed a good pressure wash, and some trash guests left needed to be collected. Christian at the bar was a little rude, and when I arrived at 230pm, I was told my room wasn't ready, (understandable, I know check-in), but the next guy in like was allowed to check in...a little frustrating. Overall, I love it there, and always stay on my way to Miami."
