the property had a lovely view of lake garda, the staff were very friendly and helpful. i did not read the small print about having to pay extra for bed linen and towels. the bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy. the fridge needed a defrosting and fan or air conditioning would of been nice. the whole place felt fairly run down and in need of a lift.

The room was clean and it had a huge balcony towards the Lake. The view was beautiful! Only minus with our accommodation was many steps and going up and down.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, schöne renovierte Wohnung mit sehr großen Terrasse. Nur relativ kalt in der Wohnung gewesen, da Heizung scheinbar zentral gesteuert wird und man selbst keine Möglichkeit hat diese z.b. tagsüber zu regeln, Heizungskörper blieben kalt. Meist sehr spät abends und recht früh morgens waren diese am glühen.

Ausgezeichnet, auf jeden Fall weiter zu enpfejlen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.Nun einzige was uns überascht hat war dass keine Bettwäsche und Badetücher gabs.Auf Preis 15 € pro Person haben wir bei der Rezepzion bekommen.Erlich gessct habe ich neirgend wo in Beschreibung von Austatung des Hotels gelesen.Alles anderes war wunderbar und eir haben unsere Aufenhalts sehr genossen.

Alte Abgewohnten Wohnung. Neue Wohnungen müssen direkt über das Hotel gebucht werden. Expedia Kunden kriegen nur 70er Jahre mit defekten Geräten etc

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Insgesamt war das Appartement sauber und ist modernisiert worden. In dem Hotel gibt es noch Zimmer mit alten Möbeln. Wir hätten uns eine Klimaanlage gewünscht, leider war auch kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Wir haben uns Eis an der Bar geben lassen für kühle Getränke. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sauber, schöner gepflegter Pool. Frühstück geht in Ordnung. Für den günstigen Preis ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Llegamos al hotel, en un dia frio y lluvioso, a las 19.30 y nos fue entregada la habitacion 238.Cuando abrimos la puerta estaba helado .La calefaccion , por radiadores estaba fria , tanto en la habitacion como en el baño. Necesitabamos 2 almoahadas extras , decidimos bajar a cenar y nos apersonamos en la recepcion, solicitando que revisen la calefaccion y que nos faciliten las 2 almohadas extras, Nos dijeron que vayamos a cenar y que ellos se encargarian. Cuando regresamos al hotel, la recepcion esta cerrada, no habia con quien hablar . Para nuestra sorpresa cuando llegamos a la habitacion no habia calefaccion, no frazadas y no almohadas. Bajamos a la recepcion y el unico que estaba era el encargado del bar, que no sabia nada, y nos dijo que llegaba algien a las 23 horas. Al no poder dormir por el frio que hacia . volvimos a bajar a las 1200, y estaba el sereno que no sabia nada , subio a ver y confirmar que no andaba, estaba mejor el pasillo de temperatura que nuestra habitacion, Al final fuimos a un deposito y no habia siquiera un calefactor. Por lo tanto dormimos vestidos y con una mantita que encontro el sereno. En todos nuestros años de viaje nunca nos ocurrio algo similar , El personal se desentendio completamente del problema cuando nos quejamos a la mañana siguiente. Ellos seguramente ya sabian que en esa habitacion no funcionaba la calefaccion. Lo podian haber solucionado con buena voluntad y un calefactor, pero no hubo ni lo uno, ni lo otro. NO RECOMENDABLE

Die Anlage hat ihren besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich. Alles ist ziemlich abgerockt, abgenutzt und benötigt dringend eine Modernisierung. Sonnenschirme fliegen vom Balkon, trotz der Befestigung. Die Parkplatzsituation ist Abends, wenn alle Ausflügler zurück sind, ist chaotisch. Man sollte schon etwas mehr bieten als nur eine schöne Aussicht und freundliches Personal.

Meget basic. Der kunne med fordel godt have været oplyst, at sengelinned ikke var en del af opholdet. Der var meget koldt på værelset, hvilket skyldes varmen ikke var tændt på hotellet. Det skal dog siges at udsigten er fantastisk!

Im großen und ganzen war das Apartment ganz schön! Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und die Couch ist auch in die Jahre gekommen! Fand es sehr schade, daß kein Backofen dabei war! Es ist sehr hellhörig! Große Terrasse war super!
