Hotel Festival Plaza Playas Rosarito
"Generally this is a good hotel to stay at. Got stuck in a room close to some very loud bars that got to near 5am. Wouldn't be a huge issue,but I had to choose between not sleeping because it's too loud or barely sleeping because it's too hot and the ceiling fan doesn't do a lot"
