"Property is new and in great condition. Plenty of storage space in bedroom and bathroom, nice kitchen setup, comfortable bed. Only one tube stop from the O2 and like five stops from popular areas like Westminster or London Bridge via the Jubilee line. There is a really nice lounge on the top floor and there are also laundry facilities. £2 per wash and £1 per dryer load. Check in time wasn’t until 15:00 but my room was ready when I arrived at 12:30 and they checked me in. "

"We had an excellent overnight stay. The room and en suite were spotless and the bed blissfully comfortable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a superior double room on arrival. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Room service breakfast also very reasonably priced and efficiently delivered. Hotel is located right by Tower of London and tube station so very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. "
