"Tres décu par le site hotels.com Il n'y a aucune section sur l'application pour recevoir des messages. Je n'ai reçu aucune notification comme quoi l'hôte avait envoyé des messages. Cela ne passe que par des emails et ce jour-là il y avait une panne informatique mondiale, dont une panne avec mes emails. ..."

"The lobby/bar/restaurant area is spacious, bright and comfortable. We had a very nice room with plenty of space. The bathroom was clean and modern but the water pressure in the shower wasn’t as strong as we like. While everything else was clean, the carpet in the hallway was awful: stained and dirty. ..."
