Une seule nuit passée a 3 pour Le Mainsquare Festival. Hotel a proximité de Arras Toilettes sur le palier, sans papier pour s'essuyer les mains. Miroir a changer !

It was full of residents that were using the place as a hostel. There was empty beer bottles and cans around the tables in front of reception and the whole experience was like staying in a migrant camp. It felt threatening and totally unsafe. Add to that a filthy toilet bowl and I would never go near this place again if you paid me

Goed is een koelkast en een magnetron op de kamer,minder goed is een erg dun matras zodat je eigenlijk meteen op de houten onderplank ligt. Met mijn gewicht zou een iets dikker matras beter zijn. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

En déplacement professionnel

On sent bien que c'est un Formule 1 transformé en Première classe. Chambre et salle de bain très petites. Toilettes en mauvais état ainsi que lavabo qui fuit. Pas de serviette pour les pieds en sortie de douche. "Ça fait le job" pour 2 jours, mais pas plus. Petit déjeuner correcte, mais salle très petite. Points positifs : Chambre propre, lit confortable.

Very good value for money with all of the amenities required for an overnight stop-over. Longer standard check-in hours than some other hotel chains took the stress out of a later arrival after a day of travelling.

Beyond basic

The staff were very helpful. The hotel itself was grim. Black mold in shower, paint flaking off on toilet wall, minimum space and uncomfortable bed. I asked for more pillows as we only had 2 very small ones to be told that is all we are allowed. Full of workmen.

Bon certe il n’est pas cher, mais bon pas de serviette dans la chambre, le prix n a pas été respecte j ai payé plus que ce que m annonçait hôtel.com bon j ai pas pris le temps de me battre pour 2€ mais bon…, forte odeur de remonté dans la salle d eau. Pas de shampoing… bon on est dans du service minimum. Par contre points positifs: il a été rénové il n y a pas longtemps et la literie est top. La propreté est pas mal

Établissement propre, malgré une forte odeur de fumée dans le couloir. D’ailleurs le réveil à 2h15 du matin par le déclenchement du détecteur d’ incendie, c’était très désagréable et pas un mot d’excuse de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner très succint

Perfect location for an overnight stay

Perfect for an overnight rest if you have long to drive as it is located very near the motorway. It has a magnificent bakery nearby with hot fresh bread galore and a variety of croissants etc. The coffee is really tasty too. The hotel offers all the basics you need. The bed is really comfy.

Déjà ont a du repoussé notre séjour de deux jours, pour avoir une réponse de changement il on mis 3 jours pour nous répondre que oui c'était bon. Après le matelas trop dure, le ménage de la salle de bain n'a pas été fait. Bon pour 2 jours ça passe. Et la taxe que l'on nous demande a l'arrivée pourquoi elle n'était pas inclus dans le prix du départ ? Je suis déjà venu il y à quelques années c'était beaucoup mieux.

Bonjour, O Sava, je donne mon avis honnête et j'espère que cela ne vous dérange pas, 1 Personnel très sympathique, 2 Chambre propre, le pommeau de douche n'a pas de support et est au sol, dans la douche vous n'avez pas de cintre pour poser votre sac, vous ne pouvez rien faire
