"Overall stay was ok and staff were friendly and professional. Very handy for station and city centre Room was quite small and squeezing round bathroom door was awkward. Mattress was too hard."

"The Grosvenor is well located, near the Eastgate clock. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was very comfortable, continental breakfast was more than enough."
