"Seda Nuvali lives with it's expectation. A hearty welcoming staff from the door man, reception, restaurant and security personal are all fabulous. The breakfast is scrumptious variety with Filipino dishes. I found the miso soup still stuck in my tongue. The gym was excellent. A walking distance to mall and all amenities from banking to crazy shopping places but the nightlife starts at TGI Friday. There is a pool and it not to be missed. Good room deco and room service is a great."

"They advertise free shuttle going to the airport but you have to pay 300. They said that was covid time.I think they need to update that"

"The room and access to the Milennium club (with room upgrade) was perfect. Staff was really nice and helpful. A very nice hotel. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the gym is terrible. Its a tiny space with dumbells in the basement with a leaky roof. I couldn't get a workout in there. Also the restaurant is NOT amazing. The only thing I really liked was the crispy pork belly. Everything else i tried lacked any real flavor. The bartenders are good tho sohitting the bar makes the food....

"Soon I went to the respirations one lady gave me hard time so bad. I give her us passport also my Driving license but she still didn’t want to get my room. I showed her booking Number all everything else but she kept me waiting over 25 min. Bad service for guest !"

"Breakfast buffet was good, had different options per day, lots of bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, several viands and an omelette station plus a juice section as well. Staff in Kuna (restaurant) were friendly and accommodating. I had a foot spa at the second floor which was relaxing. I wasnt able to try their pool area but i saw it had a nice view. Overall, from the clean room, large lcd tv, bath and shower, friendly and accommodating staff, i would say i enjoyed my two night stay here. And oh,...

"I stayed at Citadines for two nights, and while the overall cleanliness was satisfactory, the bathroom sink had a drainage issue due to a stuck stopper. Despite reporting the problem to the front desk and having engineering assess it, the sink remained unusable throughout my stay. I appreciate any efforts made, but this issue impacted my experience."
