Dear Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service and room conditions during my recent stay at Hampton Hill by Hilton. This is a property I regularly choose, which made this experience particularly frustrating.
First, the blanket provided in my room appeared dirty and used. I reported this immediately to the front desk associate, Muskan, who informed me that housekeeping would replace it the following morning. I explained that the blanket was not usable and that I needed a replacement right away. I was then advised to use the extra blanket in the closet; however, it was only a thin liner and not a full blanket or comforter. As a result, I felt cold throughout the night and was unable to rest comfortably.
Second, the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. Prior to going to my room, I specifically asked if ice was available and was told yes. It would have been helpful and honest to mention that the ice machine on my floor was not working.
Lastly, the refrigerator in my room was in very poor condition. It did not cool at all and had no visible temperature control, making it unusable.
Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Hilton properties. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve service and room maintenance for future guests.
