"This is a good basic budget motel - very good value, if you can be happy with just the basics. The rooms are very spacious, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was big, everything worked - just no WiFi, and no breakfast. Parking is convenient, the area is quiet - the only other building nearby is a big gas station."

"The overall appearance of the property is ok. However you can tell there are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Such as painting, replacement of furniture and fixtures. The wear and tear is definitely showing on the furniture, cabinets, tub, caulking and other areas. The auto screen darking is a big issue and very frustrating when you wear glasses and can barely see. There isn’t an option to adjust that on the TV. I greatly disapprove of this feature. "
