"The room odor was horrible, so the front desk associate decided to show another room on the 3rd floor— no better. There were bugs on the floor and on the A/C unit. So I requested a refund, was told that the manager was out for the night and to call in the morning. I was given an initial refund for the room deposit the same night I left. But, was declined my refund the following day — so I’m disputing the charge with my bank.
Horrible 30 mins experience.
Get a real hotel. This one is dirty."

"The staff was courteous and helpful but the beds in my room smelled like urine. I was given another room and the 2nd room wasn’t as bad but did have a faint smell of urine as well and the fire alarm went off at 6am on my last day there. I normally book at LaQuinta when I travel. This is the first time experiencing this."

"No complaints about the room or staff, whatsoever. The room was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel need some work. There's visible damage to the building as you pull up to the entrance. The hallway carpets need cleaning or replacement.
