"Lovely cabin in a great location, hot tub was great and easy to fill/empty, size of bedrooms ok (no storage so have to live out of suitcase), living room and kitchen nice sizes and cosy. Location great for most things on south coast and only a few hours from airport. Would 100% stay here again as so much more to explore and whole family enjoyed staying at Asolfsskali Cottage"

"They never sent me an access code to get into my room. The phone # provided to get help. just hung up on me when i called. There was another guest with the same nightmare. We lucked out because an employee just happened to show up and she had to look us up on her phone to give us codes. The cabin was stifling hot, and there wasn't any way to change the room temperature. I had to open the wibdow which made things very loud and windy. The television didn't work. The only plus was the bed was comfortable "

"Be warned: you CANNOT get to this hotel with your own vehicle! You're required to buy a separate bus ticket in order to get to the hotel. We weren't told until a couple weeks before our stay that a bus was required to reach the property. We were stunned to find that bus tickets for our family of four were almost TWICE as expensive as the $285 room we booked for a single night. The property's website told us we would be reimbursed only 80% of the cost. We were a little disappointed, but were content that we were able to cancel the reservation. We contacted the property via email. To our surprise, they told us we would lose the entire cost of the booking. Ultimately, we booked elsewhere and disputed the charge with our credit card company. They ruled in our favor and we received a credit for the full cost of the hotel room."
