"The staff was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The room was large and clean. Lots of choices of pools and activities. Be aware that everything costs something so the price you see on Expedia is way below the cost of the stay. For the cost of the stay, the value for price paid is way below what I expected for this resort. Charging for parking for the property is excessive knowing that it is exclusive for this property. "We love that the rooms are set up for coffee and light meal prep. Plenty of tables outside to eat at as well and lots of green space for kids and dogs! Rooms are always clean and with late check in codes are shared for easy access to your room."

"I never actually stayed at the property. Two days before my family trip, my young son had to have emergancy surgery. We had to postpone our trip. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need. "Sehr sehr laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Nehmt Ohrstöpsel mit! Ausschalten geht, aber es wurde schnell sehr warm im Zimmer. Für geräuschempfindliche Schläfer nicht zu empfehlen. Frühstück war inkludiert. Wir wurden halbwegs satt aber das einzigste gesunde war eine Banane und verwässertes Porridge. Die Kinder haben Bagels, Fertigwaffeln und Ei aus dem Tetrapack gegessen. Es gibt neben dem Hotel eine sehr schöne Bar am Wasser."
