Khách sạn Tiniguiban

"Excellent breakfast . Location. Excellent customer service."

"no complaints. The pool is awesome"

"Only stayed 1 night but room was clean. Staff was friendly. Had small restaurant but food was good. Highly recommend and price was good for the room"

"Good"

"The staff was very helpful. And great location being across from Robinson mall."

"Both rooms we stayed at were clean, but need updates and maintenance. The a/c in the 1st room (room 15) we stayed was loud and kept me awake all night. The a/c in the 2nd room (room 17) we stayed at was quieter, but there was no towel holder (it was broken and taken out) and the sink was broken and almost falling. Aside from those, the breakfast was good and all staff were excellent. We had different rooms because I had to rebook for additional day."

"Good place, helpful staff, A/C a little noisy, buffet breakfast not varied or good "

"Lots of noise from what sounds like room renovation which sounds very close to the room"

"The whole property was beautiful including the rooms. The shower was a bit small however the sink made up for it. Van service to the airport and helpful staff in regard to sightseeing activities. Staff are courteous, professional and welcoming. Laundry services close by with excellent prices. Restaurant was good."

"Very old dated hotel rooms, food is not very low quality. It is near the beach but not one that you can swim in, water is not clear and a lot is seaweed growing everywhere. It is very peaceful if you are looking for a quiet place."

"Quiet and clean, staff were friendly and professional - great introduction to Puerto Princesa."

"What a great little escape. Private pool with outside bed, king sized bed inside. Room service. Filet Mignon was only $21 USD! Food was excellent. Only down side is they don’t have Netflix available. WiFi was strong. Only stayed one night but would stay again."

"Wonderful central location! Welcoming friendly staff! Excellent breakfast. And the A/C worked beautifully and was very welcome. Will stay again and recommend!"

"The room was an amazing place to stay in, everything was clean and the bathroom was just as depicted thru Expedia. What really blew me away was that I unfortunately had gotten sick the last 2 days of our stay and I had booked a couple tour for the underground river. They weren’t able to refund me the money; understandable. But, they were able to have it used for the massages they offer instead and we were able to pick any of the ones provided. Instead of outright taking the money entirely,...

"Staff are very entertaining and helpful"

"This hotel was excellent. My only complaint would be that the swimming pool water had not been cleaned. Otherwise, everything was great. I will stay here again."

"We loved the jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They booked us a ride going to a restaurant that we wanted to visit and gave us tip to get going. My husband left his phone in the room and they arranged everything just so it can be delivered to us safely before flying back to US. The room was spacious, too. It is worth it."

"Good restaurants, good facility, although poorly maintained homes. Staff is late to most requests. Charge for everything."
