"I found the rooms to be kept in very good order, clean and organized. We had our coffee machine, microwave and fridge together so there was no going back and forth. We had an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. ANOTHER BIG PLUS they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion in big bottles so we didn't have to being ours along. "Excellent location, Very friendly staff, very clean room. Breakfast however, minimal and tasteless, however it is included in the price. Having to pay to park when paying that much for a room is irritating but downtown i guess. Shower barely gets you wet. Texts from staff to see how the stay was were appreciated. "I particularly liked that the rooms were clean, renovated and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue I found was a shortage one morning of hot water but it appeared to be resolved on the morning we left. All in all it was good. Thanks Again!"

To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. "Great location right downtown - the building has a lot (A LOT) of security - staying with colleagues who were all on different floors - u cannot access any floor ur not staying on - so to have a work meeting u need to use the lobby (which is great!) or meet I. "If you set your expectations to ‘okay’ you’ll be satisfied. The hotel is older but has the basics. It offers a comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, in room coffee and a good shower.
