This time, there was hair all throughout the room, the towels had hair, the and the floors were dirty. Upon calling the front desk and asking for housekeeping, was told they left at 3pm and no one was available. Had to tidy the room myself! Upon checkout there was no one at the desk to talk to; was just told by housekeeping that I could just leave my keys in a container. Highly disappointed at the level of uncleanliness; especially having young children with me. "
