There was no concession at the water park; two of the four slides were broken. There was no free breakfast as Google stated. Food was found in the air conditioning vents. The room was dirty, and the hotel grounds were poorly maintained. etc.

My family and I stayed for 4 days. As I opened the door to the room, we saw the draperies hanging off the wall and the window uncovered. We had to climb on something just to cover the window for the night. I asked for maintenance to repair it the next morning. However it was still a very poor job. ...

Our room was clean. Saw lots of team members cleaning and picking up. Check in was easy. Check out was early but easy.
