"Difficult to evaluate. If you are expecting a 3 star that is all singing all dancing -this place is not for you. If you like nature and walking and you just need a base from which to explore then you'll enjoy staying here. It is surrounded by a lake and treesThere are only a few staff who keep the place functioning. There is no daily room service but if you need anything just ask.The lady speaks no English but hey she's Albanian. Breakfast is basic. A drink, toast some tomatoes, meat and eggs....

"It's a new hotel and so everything is clean but there's no coffee/tea/minibar items in the room. The breakfast is served at a nearby hotel which's not ideal if someone comes for breakfast very late (near 10.00am).The hotel is located close to all amneties, restaurants, public transport etc. and the staff were very nice and helpful."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We arrived well after the check-in time, but our room was still not ready, resulting in a long wait. The room was clean, but it was very hot, and the shower drain didn't work properly. The hotel is new, but the overall service lacked professionalism and the experience fell well below expectations. I hope these issues are resolved because the hotel has potential."

"Great location easy walk to skanderburg sq, Rooms facing the street can be a little noisy, good bathroom shower, room and bed , aircon was hit and miss , the room was far too hot at times and system locked so unable to cool down , tv only had Netflix, no tv channels worked , asked about this and said they’d have a look . on an evening it can be very smoky when walking into the hotel , chain smokers in the bar, breakfast was made To order so could be busy at times"
