"The place was more like a motel than a hotel. It had no access to drinking water, the lobby smelled like mold and cigaretttes, I felt unsafe walking out of my room as a woman. "

"This is a very old hotel and it is showing its age. It had been renovated, fresh paint, clean bathroom, but definitely dated. There is a truck stop next door. Surprisingly, the IHOP across the street had very good food! Totally unexpected. No carpet, vinyl flooring. There was sporadic hot water in the shower in the morning. Breakfast was typical in this price range, but fresh. The best part of our stay was the staff who helped with everything that was wrong, such as getting the television back on the internet. Extremely polite and professional. Cocoa Beach is definitely a strange place, it should be top notch but is in need of a complete makeover as a town. Use Uber or Lyft to get around."

"Sheets/pillows were wonderful. An older property which is overpriced. Bkfst was lacking w only cereal, waffle, coffee & juice. We paid $150, $85 would have been more reasonable. Probably inflated to take unfair advantage of sping break or air show demand. Meh. "

"The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. Bathroom, fixtures and lamps were dirty and dated. It was noisy and we could smell others smoke and weed through the vents. Coffee was terrible. 😬 Stay was ok."

"On the reservation it says parking is $15 but at the hotel they charged me $18. Also, that’s a rip off to charge for small water bottle $3. For the price we payed for 1 night here this is way overpriced for what it offers. Will choose to stay somewhere else next time. "
