"We had a wonderful stay here! Vaso and his family were very welcoming and cheerful. The room was great and we had an incredible view. It is very quiet & peaceful and the 2 pools were the best place to spend the afternoons. They serve a good breakfast at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Harmonie as a beautiful vacation spot. "The location was amazing, and the room was comfortable with a lovely view. However, for this standard of hotel the staff and the experience did not meet expectations. For example we returned to our bedroom to find our door left unlocked and ajar after cleaning. I have never experienced this in any hotel before. We reported this, amongst other issues, to reception who said they would pass it on to the manager. Despite the manager being highly visible the following day (he was wearing a bright yellow shirt with a pinstripe suit and a pocket handkerchief so you couldn’t miss him) he did not make the effort to speak with us. Overall I felt it was a hotel the lacked real care and attention. I do want to call out the Spa manager (Nicky?) who was unique in showing an understanding of customer care. She was exceptional. After this hotel, we moved onto a Rixos hotel in Dubrovnik which really excelled on the customer care. The experience sharply contrasted with our experience in Perast."
