"Even before arriving at the hotel, I received an email informing me that the room I had booked did not include access to the swimming pool. I have to say that the advertising was misleading, and the fact that the hotel sends this email in advance suggests they are aware of the issue. Although it was stated in the fine print after selecting the room that pool access was not included, the layout is very confusing. Hotel rooms, rooms with pool access, and rooms without pool access are all mixed together, making it very difficult to notice the difference when booking. This felt misleading and was very disappointing. Overall, however, the place is lovely. There are restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are wonderful!"

"Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but apparently almost are come with twin beds. Bottom line - great hotel, but if facilities are important to you, make sure that these are available."

"Our 2 rooms had a large balcony directly over the water with pontoon to swim each day before breakfast, quiet beautiful view across the bay, and relaxing. The modern marina had better food than anywhere we have been, live staged outdoor opera and many shops-if you like designer things. The ferry is 3 minutes an away which saves a lot of driving from the Croatian border if coming from Dubrovnik, the breakfasts are local cuisine influenced. So a quiet place with serious evening activities near but not within ear to be heard distance or view."

"So this is a tough one to write. There is a lot of building and expansion occurring throughout Montenegro. The hotel is not immune from that. At the time of our stay they were building a covered seating area for the bar/beach area. This caused there to be a lot of noise and debris strewn about. I think some won’t take that into account and will have something to complain about, and they’re not wrong. The pool is closed for repairs so that was off limits and during the building, there wasn’t as much space in the loungers by the ocean. Having said all that, the room does have good soundproofing. The bed and pillow were both very comfortable and the a/c worked. There was one night that the whole city of tivat was without water, a major inconvenience in the summer when all you want to do is wash the sweat off of you. But that also isn’t the hotels fault. Big wins here: Massages and facials were relaxing and thoroughly needed. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. To work on: The shower is small and a bit dingy. The toilet paper disperser broke and left me stranded for a few minutes while my husband went searching for other “options.” The restaurant didn’t have a menu that particularly enticed me. Tivat is a bit far from Perast and Kotor so you will need to drive or get a cab. There is currently no uber in Montenegro."

"The property really focuses on health and wellness. The food is all nutritious and healthy and a good variety of options for their breakfast. The rooms are fairly large and ours had a pull up bar. They give you water bottles to use and have water dispensers throughout the hotel which was such a nice touch. The gym is one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to maintain a routine, it’s a great option. The area itself is near a marina but it’s most high mall like shopping. It’s definitely less crowded compared to Kotor but it’s very hygienic and lacks some of the charm in other towns."
