"Clean and comfortable room. Fabulous small communal kitchen area with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. "It is close to train station, lots of gelato store nearby. A small supermarket is right across the street. I live in a unit in the courtyard, very quiet and spacious.
