"Factoring the price paid relative to other properties at same price range, the standout aspects for me were: - Breakfast was included and above the quality I'd expect at the room price range - Room and common areas were very clean and maintained - Parking on premises was possible instead of road - The balcony seaview was wonderful. Enjoyed having breakfast to gentle waves and seabreeze. - Loved the large glass windows wit sheer or blackout window options."

"Clean rooms comfortable bed n pillows..great location ..quick n easy access to airport free shuttle service from hotel to airport ..yes parking is available..staff is friendly n helpful ..breakfast on the other hand can be improve..management told me they are working on it...I highly recommend n will certainly come again."

"This facility offers truly beautiful surroundings and impressive views, creating an environment with strong potential. However, the property would benefit from targeted investment to address several infrastructure issues that affect the overall guest experience. I hesitated to provide this feedback because the staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to accommodate us. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out. Despite the facility’s current limitations, the quality of service and the overall atmosphere were positive enough that I would choose to return."

"Needs a bit of upkeep the pictures are accurate but only when the property was new. There are no updated pictures of the property right nowThe room was cozy and the settings was great.. I would like to see better doors and an updated shower enclosure for my next visit and also a fan or AC unit in the living room area"

"The staff was very accommodating due to me having to show up a day late for my reservation after missing my ferry ride. The bed however was not the most comfortable. I woke up with body aches. The phone wasn't connected at all to make a phone call to the front desk if I needed anything. There was only 1 trash in the room which was extremely small. I wasn't able to put most of trash away even if I wanted to. I would only stay here for 2 nights max. Overall it wasn't too bad, very close in proximity to the airport, restaurants and beaches"

"Great location near downtown Scarborough and the Port, this hotel hits higher class than the budget hotel category that we might consider Comfort Inn line to be. The onsite spa was excellent. I was able to get in for a late appointment body scrub and massage. Felt the price was fair for the Sevice. The bed was comfortable. The view may need some improvement due to ongoing construction, but with time the grounds should improve. My room looked onto another hotel room so closed curtains are a must. Breakfast was another breakout star with a large variety of items as well as made to order omelettes, and dessert items included."
