"I tried to order room service, but the kitchen did not have pizza dough ready at 5 pm, and was told it wouldn't be able to get my order until 7 pm. Also the snack shop had very limited items and a lot of the drinks were not stocked. Reception personell was friendly and efficient and had a room ready ..."
