Great skiing lodge- ski in/out to slopes. Restaurant served excellent food however it was the only option available during our stay (end of March) and it was expensive and really not suitable for very young children. T Hotel Ryuoo
Very clean rooms and hotel, reality matched the online photos and staff were very helpful. Shocked to find the surrounding community has totally shut down, so staying on the mountainside at the hotel is isolated, albeit beautiful.

Myoko Onsen cottage Ajisai
It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location.

Apartments Madarao
Not enough dining options in town to accommodate skiers. Kerosene smell in building. Cigarette burns on carpet. But clean apartment with a lot of heaters. Great access to skiing and equipment rental.
