"The hotel advertised a swimming pool, but this is not operational. Hopefully they adjust their advertising to reflect reality. I was offered nothing in lieu of this, which was a bit surprising. The room was very nice and the staff were pleasant. The restaurant was fine. The shower head was broken in the bathroom, but other fixtures were functioning. Maybe focus less on robots and more on ensuring that the services are in place? "

"A very good stay in Kathmandu!
The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit.
E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight.
The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee.
We definitely recommend this hotel!"
