Room very clean efficient little small for 2 people with big suitcases. Staff really polite and willing to help with anything you want. I do not have car I did not use the pool.

It is a small room but the location is good! Not too far from the station, the area surrounding the hotel is clean and quiet! The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Gochome
Tiny room , good location , breakfast wasn’t very good, not many option. The whole restaurant only one coffee machine. There is long queue for coffee between 8-9am for the breakfast.

Room was small, but had a bit more space than other hotels we stayed in Japan. Bathroom was a sufficient size for us and had a clothes line that you could use in the bath which was helpful for drying laundry. Liked that the bathroom light and room light had a dimmer on it. Hotel Gracery Ginza
I stayed here a few months ago and had a completely different experience. My stay this time was not as great. Room was more worn. Staff who checked me in was very dismissive and felt like I was rushed through everything. I know I joined their Fujita membership club during my last stay but he “skipped” ...
