"Forgot a stroller. No one contacted me about it.. but cleanliness and service is really good. "

"We had a great stay here in early July 2025, the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Ginza line station and is opposite the Swallows baseball ground, Olympic stadium and the rugby stadium. The staff were always present and accommodating as you would expect. We had a room for a family of 3, storage was a little scarce but I think this is common throughout the country, there was 4 charging points / sockets. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily and we did not notice any street noise or...
