Very satisfied with the hotel. It’s close to Shinjuku metro station . Breakfast is good but a bit annoyed to reporting time for breakfast. The room and service and staff are excellent . Love the idea that they have laundry on site.

Hotel was nice Food at the included breakfast was good and great way to start the day Quick walk to the hustle and business if Shinjuku Room was small Too small for four people (two adults two kids) Of all the hotels we stayed at as a family of four this was the smallest and least comfortable Hard to have stuff in the room as they fill it with beds for four Overall a good experience but definitely not our favorite of the trip

Das Hotel hatte eine zentrale Lage in Shinjuku. Sowohl von der Station Shinjuku 10 min zu Fuß als auch von der Metro der Linie E Higashi-shinjuku (E2) 6-7 min entfernt. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht und haben vor Ort ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Das war sehr komfortabel und schön eingerichtet.

We had a great stay here. The room was very nice and we loved the vibe. It was very clean. We had an easy check-in and checkout, the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a combination of Japanese and western cuisine and both were tasty. Location was great, easy walks to Don Quijote, Starbucks, McDonald’s, plenty of local food, 7-11, and two train stations. Shinjuku district is lively at most hours but the hotel is on a quieter street, we were not disturbed at all. Overall a great experience and I’d stay again.
