We loved our stay at Mimaru Shinjuku West. The location is fabulous - a short walk to great restaurants and bars, Shinjuku station and great shopping. This is the second Mimaru we stayed at, and they are consistently excellent - spacious and perfectly appointed for families. Super friendly staff who recommended and booked a fantastic restaurant for our last night in Tokyo. Unforgettable stay!

This was our first hotel in Japan and loved it!! The hotel staff spoke excellent English! Pierson at the front desk was wonderful to checking us in and suggested many places for us to visit. The rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the hotel is close to many convenience stores which have everything. Highly recommend and would stay back there when I come back to Tokyo.
