As a solo traveler the hotel stay was great, not too far from downtown Shinjuku (15 min walk) and the area around was nice and peaceful. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores located at the bottom floor so I never had to go far, 7-11 around the corner and the hotel breakfast options were great.

great hotel to stay at, with a stop for the limousine bus from the airport right outside the front doors! breakfast was a little pricey, but the food made it totally worth it. lots of great food options downstairs in the mall, and then within a 5 minute walk of the hotel as well.

Checkin was such an easy process with a self guided screen that you could choose your language. Although there was a lovely woman there helping guide you as well. They had lovely amenities to choose from. The bed was a little on the harder side… but still slept great. The pillows were perfect. It was a small room but had everything I needed. And the limousine bus service from Narita airport (which only cost $24!) drops off right at the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again! Breakfast is a fascinating affair as well! I would definitely recommend booking with the breakfast option!

The front desk had excellent English speakers and were so helpful. The room I had was extremely small, but I knew that when I booked. The location was convenient with many shops and restaurants in the basement of the hotel and a short walk to Shinjuku station
