The property is definitely in need of a good cleaning and it should be stated upon check in that the majority of people staying are full time residents. The hallways and outside areas need a deep scrubbing and the whole building needs something done to remove the smoke smell. The room itself was clean for the most part although we did find roaches in the bathroom. Todd at the front deak was very pleasant and was the highlight of the stay.
