This hotel is old and run down, and not in a nice area. It is surrounded by a gentleman’s club and abandoned property inside barbered wire fencing. The staff were friendly and helpful. They are trying hard. The price was right and the beds clean & comfortable.

Staff was good, breakfast was okay but the hotel and the room could use cleaning. Very old carpets and clogged sink and bathtub were common issues.

Do not stay here!! There is a "gentlemen's club" next door. Cars in the parking lot had broken windows. Looked like someone trying to break into them. In the 24 minutes we were there, we saw at least 3 very questionable people who I'm guessing worked at the gentleman's club. After checking in and walking to the room, I walked back to the front desk, turned in my room keys, and left. Did not get my refund for the $100 it cost me, but that's a sacrifice I was willing to make. Avoid this hotel. Stay in a different neighborhood. Also, the Google Street view is diceving. It looks clean and well maintained. No idea when that was recorded but it definitely does not look like that now.

My fiance and I decided to visit family in Toledo. I chose the hotel for the location of his family. When we got into the room, the remote didn't work so the manager switched us to another room and we were satisfied. The food was hot and delicious. I would recommend staying at this location.

The location of the property was good. It was noisy, doors slamming throughout the night, the odor of marijuana throughout the hallway, the toilet seat was very loose, the entry light did not work and problems with the tv.

Honestly the hotel was not clean staff were nice thoe but everything felt dirty and there was no yogurt or eggs only waffles, bagels and cearal which is fine but definitely unexpected I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have thoes . Also the bed sheets had holes from previous smokers we did get a smoking room they didn’t clean the room before hand obviously because there was ashes and cigarett buts were still in the room behind the bed . I did check for bed bugs didn’t see any but there are black marks in the creases of the bed that kinda look like mold spots but I’m not exactly sure .

Inexpensive, decent place to stay

Overall good- staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, price was low. One of the two beds in the room was broken- it dipped on one side. TV had some issues with sound going out. Breakfast was from 7-10 but not much left after 900.
