"Von außen und auch innen macht das Hotel The Base einen gepflegten Eindruck. Wir waren drei Nächte dort und konnten etwas genauer hinschauen. Dadurch wurden einige Mängel deutlich. Bspw. funktionierte in unserem Zimmer der Fernseher nicht. Einer der Aufzüge war ab Tag 2 außer Betrieb und wurde bis zu unserer Rückreise auch nicht mehr repariert. Die wildeste Story war unser Tiefgaragenparkplatz, den wir für 20 Euro am Tag (!) gebucht hatten. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war scheinbar noch kein Mal...

"Frühstücksbuffet ist leider sehr unpraktisch angeordnet und sehr eng. EineMinikühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer sollten mittlerweile Standard sein. Die Klobrille im Zimmer 404 wurde anscheinend nicht von einem Fachkundigen Handwerker montiert. Etliche kleine Mängel wie eine nicht funktionierende Lüftung im Bad trüben den ansonsten guten Eindruck. Bitte die Möglichkeit zum online buchen eines Parkplatzes zur Verfügung stellen."

"Leider wurde bei der Buchung nicht deutlich kommuniziert, dass die Parkplätze kosten. Bei der Buchung hieß es „kostenlose Parkplätze“, das war auch der Grund, warum wir diese Unterkunft gebucht haben. Leider gab es an der Straße (Samstag) gar keine freien Parkplätze. So etwas macht mich echt wütend, wenn man nicht klar schreibt, dass die Hotelparkplätze gebührenpflichtig sind und dann auch noch mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen wirbt. "Gorgeous hotel, fantastic bar (open 24 hours), very warm and helpful staff. Also, each floor has a room with a vending machines with high quality and healthy options as well as free coffee and tea and an iron and ironing board. I would definitely stay at this place again."

"Preis-Leistung stimmt. Die Superior-Zimmer sind mit einem großen Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen ausgestattet, die bequem waren. Unser Zimmer (barrierefrei) war sehr groß und sauber. Lediglich im Badezimmer hätten wir uns mehr Möglichkeiten zur Ablage / zum Aufhängen gewünscht. Das Personal war stets freundlich.
