"The hotel staff was amazing and very efficient! I asked for a fan and the front desk lady said is your A/C not on? I said it was, but us crazy Americans like fans, she laughed and she brought up a fan for us within 5 minutes! We also received a bottle of Rose when we checked in. The beds were comfy and the bathroom clean and neat. I would stay here again!! The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and well stocked"

"We had a wonderful stay at Carnival Palace. We stayed for 9 nights in the red suite. The staff was extremely helpful in prepping for our stay and we felt right at home. While there they assisted with arranging excursions and promptly attended to all our requests from extra pillows, coffee, etc. In the morning we had a delightful breakfast and the staff did not dissapoint. Always greeted with a smile and made to feel special. The bartenders at The Mask lounge were also great. Even helped us...

"チェックイン時間より早くついてしまったのですが、早めに部屋に入れました。 受付スタッフの中には、日本語が話せる人もいました。 私たちはエレベーターで上がって目の前の部屋でした。エレベーターから大きい段差を2.3上り下がりいかないと行けない部屋も見たので、重いスーツケース持ちにはラッキーでした。 部屋は値段相応に綺麗で、アメニティも石鹸などがついていました。ただしょうがないですが少し狭く感じました。 何より駅からの立地が良いと思いますし、近くにスーパーもあるので滞在は困りませんでした。 窓も付いていて快適な滞在でした。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。"

"Good room. A bit of upkeeping needed like cracks on ceiling or bathroom but nothing I couldn’t deal with. In a smaller alley so no noise at night which in my book is great. Very close to train station so no need to carry luggage all over the place. Very nice staff. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The staff was very helpful leading up to our stay. They helped coordinate transportation from the train station to the property, where they had a dock right in front of the hotel. A public transportation station is only a few steps from the hotel as well. They also help set up transportation from the hotel to the airport upon checkout. We got to the hotel before our room was ready so they let us store our bags and they put them in our room when it was ready. They had complimentary drinks for us...

"Booked a one night stay at this hotel and it was reasonably priced. The rooms spacious, but dated with the decor. However, the staff was super helpful, friendly, and helped to coordinate a group shuttle to the airport the next day. The front desk even provided some recommendations for restaurants in the area. The room served its purpose as a place to rest and relax after a long travel day."

"Stylish hotel tastefully decorated in a good location with a good restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. The terrace on our room was huge, we had morning coffee there and wine in the evening after dinner it was perfect. Staff are attentive and friendly and gave us some great information about the water buses and local restaurants. Would absolutely stay again."
