"This resort was nice and has great potential but unfortunately it hasn’t been maintained as well as it should have been over the years.
The silicone in the shower was full of mould and the tv was so outdated we couldn’t even watch a movie.
The only food available during the day was a toastie or a pizza made by the bar staff. The girl in charge of the bar seemed scattered and like she was off with the fairies. Service was slow even though it was extremely quiet and there wasn’t usually more...

"Overall, we had a very good stay at the Dorsett. Parking was a little difficult thye days we were there due to an event taking place, which made things a bit hectic and challenging to navigate.
That being said, the staff were excellent and really made up for it. They were extremely helpful throughout our stay, assisted us with upgrading our room, and were always happy to answer any questions we had or provide information about the hotel and surrounding area.
The upgraded room was comfortable...

The Pink Hotel Coolangatta18,3 km từ Tomewin
9.2 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (487 nhận xét)
"Quirky place to stay, but I’m glad it was only for one night and a Monday. It was noisy enough without the bar below being opened.
Poor design with no where to hang towels in bathroom, a shower curtain that resulted in a flooded floor and no bathroom exhaust fan.
Overpriced but in a great spot.
To cap it off the reception person left reception at checkout time so that multiple people were left waiting and in the end most of us just walked out leaving our keys on the desk."

"We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit which has lots of space for 2 of us. The staff was very attentive and helpful from check in to check out. It was a wonderful stay and we recommend this convenient and quiet location. It has great amenities and well stock up with supplies. It is 5 minute walk to either groceries shopping or the beach including whales and dolphins watching. Well done!"
