"The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game)."

"they offer apartments with service in a super nice area of the city, and you can get anywhere from there. The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"

"Room was very clean, had a washing machine and kitchen as well as a small sitting area. Great location 5 minute walk from Wawel castle and close to shopping and restaurants. A little tricky to find but well worth the stay. Apartment could have used blackout curtains as the sun comes up very early in the summer."

"Lovely room and very helpful staff. The room was so big and spacious and not what we were expecting so it was a very pleasant surprise! It all smelt amazing too, excellent location to main square, the staff were super as we needed a pharmacy late at night and the gentleman found one and told us how to get there so appreciated that! Overall excellent new hotel!"

"Beliggenheten var perfekt, med gåavstand til det meste. Rommet var stort, moderne og rent. Jeg spurte om det var mulig å få badekar, og fikk både badekar og balkong. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige! Hadde sauna for meg selv, som besto av to badstuer og en dusj. Jeg nevnte bare tidspunkt på kvelden, og de varmet den opp til meg. Ved utsjekk fikk jeg sette igjen bagasjen i et låst rom, og hentet ut senere på dagen. De ryddet også rommet mitt, selv om jeg hang opp lappen på ettermiddagen. Eneste...

"We loved the room! For the price, we upgraded to one of the larger ones, and it was perfect for us to stay for 4 nights. We liked having the fridge and other thoughtful touches, like an ironing board and simple cutlery/cups/plates/etc. Check in was super easy, especially because we showed up later than anticipated and it is all contactless. The location is also fantastic, we were minutes away from plenty of food options, groceries, and tourist attractions. We would love to stay here again!"
