"I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing."

"Eric was the best. We asked for early check in and late check out and he was beyond accommodating. The 3 bedroom cabin was perfect for our needs. VERY clean and had everything we needed. "Quiet. Only complaint was bathroom In pool area needs a good cleaning but it was at the end of the day so that might have been why it was so bad. Water pressure in showers is light."

"I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. "We had a wonderful stay. Kristin was working the front desk the day we arrived, and helped us immensely! She was very welcoming and kind. Our toddler also loved their pool area. We would recommend this place to anyone, but those especially with younger children!"
