"A lot of maintenance being done. Was assigned a room, was put into a construction area and had paint fumes fill my room from the a/c unit. Went to the desk to get another room and took the staff over 30 minutes to respond and find me another room. Very poor response. Newly assigned room was acceptable. Tried to talk to manager and was told in meetings. Finally able to talk to manager about 2 hours later. Restaurant air conditioning was very poor. Not comfortable at all. Was told menus were in...

"We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear, with paint peeling off the surfaces. The closet sliding doors were also difficult to open and close. Additionally, there was a damp, musty smell in the room that was a little unpleasant. Despite these...

"The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late."

"It’s a nice place and had some great features. Others, like shredded bathmat and torn curtains really detract from the overall impression. "

"I asked a staff to come help refill the body shower foam and he stepped all over the place with his shoes including the mat that I dry my feet on. Uncalled for."

"The resort was too worn out and smelly room. Food was not good."

"What a grand lobby, in its day this must have been magnificent. Rooms are tired, staff were very helpful."

"Me gustó mucho este hotel. El personal muy acogedor y simpático, el desayuno muy bueno. Y las vistas desde la habitación fueron espectaculares. Es sin duda un gran hotel."

"I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!"

"First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

"The hotel is standard, location is good but so much noise from the street , I had to leave early , to move to another hotel ."

"Vicino al centro commerciale. Hotel pulito e staff ok Non posso valutare la colazione perché avevo l'aereo all'alba "

"Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka. kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar."
