Loved that the suites were located in back of property less noise….loved that kitchen came with supplies…pool was clean …needs better tv accomodation no channel selection …bring your own pillows…pillows were aweful

Overall it was a clean and convenient hotel for a business trip. good price. bed was good and place was clean along with the room. nothing really around it. What I expected for the most part.

we had to be moved twice because we placedin rooms that had some kind of electrical closet near each of them and the noise was so loud you could hear it with ear plugs.

Our room wreaked of smoke and was damp and musty. We came from a festival so it was midnight and we just wanted to sleep so we didn't want to change rooms due to exhaustion. I complained the next day and they did offer a different room for the second night which was better. The pillows were the worst of any hotel I've stayed in- which is ALOT.

IF i had to stay again I would

I was on the 3rd floor the bathroom sink leaked but overall clean. There was nobunk pen for writing. No rug on the floor either. Handle on window curtain pull was dirty. Staff was excellent in processing my onstay and leaving. Score 9 out of 10.

The hotel was shot down and closed and Expedia was supposed to let me know in advance to get myself a different place I was laying around for hours to decide where to go and what to do. Horrible/ Not happy and mad.

Horrible service horrible hotel in general

When we got there no one was even at the front desk. We got a room on the first floor. The photos online are definitely deceiving.. you walk into the room and it has a weird smell. I went there for my anniversary thinking it was decent at least. We go out to enjoy down the shore for a bit. We live about 2 hours away mind you. When it was time to come back and go to sleep the hotel was having a party. You would think that at least if they had a party room it would be sound proof and that wasn’t the case. The party went on until after midnight. Apparently it was for a little kid. What kids party lasts that long?! There were kids running down the hallway being unruly keeping me and my fiancé up. I asked for a refund and didn’t get it. There was a point where we called security and the guard he was so lazy. He did nothing. There were kids outside by my car being loud in the side of the hotel by my room. I asked them to have the kids keep the noise down. I felt unsafe that they could possibly do something to my car and I couldn’t sleep. We ended up leaving around 12am. Worst experience of my life. The customer is always right. The front desk could care less about your stay. What a joke of a hotel. They should close down that’s how horrible it was. Hotels.com customer service is even worse for not getting my refund back.

The Ramada closed and Expedia called me explaining that I had been rebooked at the Days Hotel. However, when I arrived at the Days Hotel they didn't know about my reservation. Luckily they did have space.

Room was okay

Lighting in th hotel room is not bright enough, which is typical for most hotel rooms (green BS). Closet door didn't work well, heating unit very noisy, needed to use a pillow to reach the desk sitting on the desk chair (I'm 5'8"). Loved the bed, nice firm mattress. Hotel Restaurant was closed, and internet seem slow.

The lobby is what caught my attention; airy, bright, spacious and very elegant compared to others in the area. The room was comfortable, I personally prefer wood floors, again spacious for three adults and there was a lot of natural light. But the cleanliness was ok; the top sheet had some stains and there was a white stain on our floor, so I was not too satisfied. I was also upset that I couldn't find any latino news on the tv, this was the first hotel I've been to that I couldn't find a latino channel. Overall, the location is very convenient if you are visiting the area of Lakewood.
