"Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. Entering the property we discovered a loudly beeping smoke alarm which we had to take down and remove the battery to stop the annoying sound. "Dirty bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work and the room was advised with a balcony which wasn’t a proper balcony with being a corner room its was tiny. The place was under renovation. Just poor wouldn’t stay there ever again."

"Only stayed for the one night but when I return to Leeds I will be staying in this property again. The only fault was with the WiFi but wasn’t a major issue as it was only for the night. The property has everything you need and so close to the town centre. Had a very comfortable nights sleep. Staff even let us in early…many thanks"
