"Great location, beautiful property & grounds. Unique cabin design was clean & ready at check in. We appreciated the tea & coffee set up with ceramic mugs in the room, plus excellent brewed coffee at check in lobby. Friendly staff. Booked thru Hotels.com no issues. Wish our stay was longer as there is much to enjoy and see within this lovely woodsy resort. Definitely recommend."

"Very kid friendly, beautiful studio suite with jacuuzi tub and was a fan of the outdoor warmed pool and hottub. Everything was kept clean. I appreciate seeing friendly staff, even the cleaners who look like they take their job seriously to keep all the spaces spick and span."

"Beautiful resort. Lovely views. Walked in feeling like and being treated like an honored guest. Valet is complimentary for hotel guests. They are very helpful. Front desk staff were excellent. Room was beautiful and inviting. Shower was amazing."

"We liked the location near Leavenworth and Enchantment Park. The room was nice and big. The beds were good. We liked the breakfast, the parking, and the elevator. The facility said it was pet friendly but there wasn't even a patch of grass for pets to use for potty visits. The grass across the road is on private property with signs telling visitors to keep pets off of it. Even a small patch of grass would help. Some of the balcony boards looked crooked and worn, which makes the facility maintenance look questionable. If needed, I would stay here again but I might try a different hotel next time."
