"Everything was amazing! Unfortunately the wi fi was very spotty which made it difficult to stay connected with colleagues back in Canada. My only two suggestions for the rooms would be to have a mini frig to keep water or medicine in and a coffee/tea machine in the room for those people who like an early morning coffee/tea in bed. Wonderful resort and certainly a hidden gem!"

"These pleasant, self-contained units are ideal for a short stay when you need to be near the airport - literally 5 minutes away. The air con was very good full-size fridge freezer was a huge bonus. The taps in our unit were fitted the wrong way around!
Check in was quick and easy with the friendly host.
The bar/restaurant didn't seem to be open while we were there and there was no indication of when it would be. The pool needed cleaning but we were only there for 2 nights so it didn't affect us.
Reasonably priced for the island, which is generally expensive! "

"This hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately from check in through all restaurants and activities we found the staff generally unhappy and difficult. Check in line was extremely long and staff were standing around joking while only one or two people worked. One of the check in women was extremely nice, but the rest were not Many times we tried to engage staff we were met with disinterest and in some cases, minor hostility. I was surprised given the level the hotel holds itself out to be. Hearing "hurry up. what do you want" aggressively from bartenders near the beach for example. Given the price difference we probably should have should have gone with the Grand Hyatt. The Baha Mar property is nice to look at and walk around and we did have good times at some of the pools and restaurants, but it really isn't up to the standards it sets out. Certainly was a set down from staying at the Atlantis."
