"When I checked in, I asked for a room facing the side street as I knew the front of the building was noisy with truck traffic all night. I was told they were fully booked and had no flexibility to move rooms. I was told I could have made a request for a specific room when I made the reservation. I didn't know there was that option with Expedia. Now I know."
