"My room did not have any towels or wash cloths. I called down to the desk and requested four of each be sent to the room but only one set was sent. Also, the listing for this hotel stated "breakfast included"; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it was not included but available and it would be a $28 charge per person if I wanted breakfast. I was very disappointed."

"The hotel was nice and clean. A little hard to find because it's behind another hotel and a small outlet/parking lot. The staff was welcoming and nice. There's free parking which we were happy about. Fresh hot breakfast was served every morning (eggs, bread, waffles) and we had the options of cereal and fruits too. They had a nice small gym and swimming pool if you wanted to go for a dip. The hotel was close drive to restaurants as well. Definitely would come back again."

"Hello, Though I very much liked the spacious room, 2 issues were really quite unacceptable: 1) Refrigerator had a recurring, loud, grinding sound… about every 15-20 mins it would start up and continue for spprox 5 mins. "Room was super comfy and bathroom was absolutely beautiful"

"Our stay was amazing but our check-in was terrible. An Indian guy did our check in at the hotel. His name is “Rusho” or “Rushi” something like that. He was extremely rude. Not helpful and was stressing us out. "Spacious room, great to have a kitchen and fridge. Staff are very nice. Escalators were extremely slow and underground parking needs clearer indications. Breakfast is pretty simple. Great place to be if you don't stay too long in your room"
