We arrived just two minutes before reception closed, and the lady at reception was still very welcoming and polite, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The cabin was comfortable and had a lovely view directly by the water, making it a very relaxing place to stay. "Room was very hot and stuffy. The window was broken so no fresh air. After insisting that something be done, the staff were able to prop the window open with a book. Basically it’s not as cute as the photos. It was a good price, but next time I think I’d rather pay more for a better standard. Good in restaurant was also very ordinary."

The 4km drive up the driveway was exciting, but once there, the resort is amazing, with so many interesting sculptures. "Wonderful property, staff and restaurant. Third time stayed in 4 years, this time in a bay/beach view spa suite. Peaceful with thoughtful additions (eg in-room breakfast provisions including incredibly delicious Huon & Me sourdough crumpets) and elegant finishes. Extreme comfort. I didn't want to leave after my 2 nights. We will be back."

"stayed here for 1 night. didnt realise the check in was only until 8 or 8 30. The onsite manager was kind to give me a bit more time to arrive. I didnt use any common facilities, not sure if ther are any. No issues with parking, was very quiet, nice view. The room was old-ish but well maintained - no smell, everything was working. good view, ocean breeze. Easy to check in and out. "
